Payment Terms:
A non refundable reservation of Bt. 100,000 is payable on execution of the Reservation Form.
- On receipt of the signed reservatrion form the developers will forward you the Master and Lease Agreements and the Villa Construction Agreement (The Agreements). You are required, within 21 days to review and execute The Agreements. During this time a further 37.5 % of the Total Purchase Price (less Bt.100,000) will be payable. Further payments are as follows:
- 12.5 % on the completion of the Villa Area infrastructure;
- 12.5 % on the commencement of your Villa's construction;
- 10 % on the completion of your Villa's Roof;
- 10 % on the completion of your Villa's Lock-Up;
- 5 % on the completion of your Villas; and
- 12.5 % on The Lease Registration of your Villa Land Parcel.
